A Modern Renovation in Santa Ana’s 1920’s landmark Santora building, this adaptive re-use project was part of a larger plan by the redevelopment agency for the Artist Village district. The space needed to draw diners to the area by standing out as a sophisticated and urban hot spot, while honoring it’s roots. Reclaimed century old wood floors, existing terrazzo and steel sash windows mix well with a defining curvilinear banquette, bar and bold use of color. Bar stool design: Zack | de Vito
